Thank you for using the Support Forum.  Please take a look at the solution for configuring LDAP for Internal email address search specifically step 10. If these steps do not help review the solutions for no results found and see if those solutions will help.  If these do not clear the issue please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

LDAP Results As You Type?

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We had our Xerox swapped to a WorkCentre 7775 and since then LDAP searches no longer suggest possible answers as you type. For instance, if I wanted to search for "Bob Smith" I could begin typing "SMI" and I'd see everyone who's name begin with those three letters. I could then click the name to insert it. How can I get this functionality back?
