We have many engineers that are interested in your experiences, good or bad, with the LL patch. Most importantly, we want to make the bad ones better as soon as possible, so if you can please let us know...
we'll work with you to get you back in production.

Having the latest spar is not a prerequisite.
What version do you have? You should have the latest general release v061.121.222.06508.
Make sure the file is unzipped. If it still wont load then have a tech come out.
We just purchased a 7830 and installed it today. I downloaded and installed the Scanner Patch. How can I tell (by firmware version or otherwise) that the patch was successfully applied? Is there anything in the web interface that would tell me?
Ok, never mind. Found it in the ScanningPatch_ConnectKey_English.pdf -> to look for LL appended to the Network controller software.
