You will have to change the drum if configuration pages are coming out light

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for faded prints since it is happening on both copies and prints. If none of the list of solutions helps with your output please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
I have changed copy feature from Text-Photo to Text and still copies are faded. Not a scan issue as the Configuration page is washed out too. Will try a new drum unit when I return but wondered if anyone else has had this issue. Thanks
