Light or faded Copies with vertical lines

Hi,

If the internal print is good you need to clean the optical system. But if the print is also bad try to clean ROS window and to replace the BTR (Bias Transfer Roll)

I've replaced the tone cartridge and drum but the problem illustrated by this photo still persists.  What other part needs to be replaced to correct this copying problem.
