Good Day Support,
I have a customer that recently moved over to a hosted mail server, they have WorkCentre 7125's that are able to scan without any problems, the 5755's & 7545's however give a login failure when trying to scan with exactly the same settings.
I have tried different username configurations ( user@domain.com & user ) without any luck. Is there something Im missing? I understand that the 7125's are Fuji/Xerox devices is there perhaps something they are doing that the other models can't ?
