Yes, I agree. We actually connected the machine to a UPS after the first instance but the most recent time when this happened, it was on the UPS. When you observed the same issue, did it happen on a printer which was connected to the UPS? Did it involve a power outage or was it random?
It will be better to not have power outage. It is not good for the entire machine. I recommend for you to buy an UPS.

Yes I saw the same behaviour also on other machines.
We have noticed that the Fax service app icon disappears from the user interface intermittently. This may have coincided with brief power outages a couple of times. Every time this happens, we have to login as an admin and go through the fax setup all over again. None of the other settings are affected. Has anyone else experienced similar issues?
