Loud rattling/grinding noise when printing, 7545 Workcentre

After having end user order new drums( note it was obvious that the drums that were in there were not OEM ) and installing reseting counter for new drums issue resolved

So conducted all recommended procedures, took a look at the remaining days on drums it said 274 days finally decided to look at them closely, tried to turn the black drum literally would not turn so tried less common used the yellow was turning some what so threw that into balck slot printed black/white only not grinding told end user to order new drums seemed someone did a reset on the counter

Check the waste toner bottle, also the drum units.

Hello,

We have been using our Workcentre 7545 for a few years.  It has started making a loud rattling and grinding noise when we print.  It's getting so bad that no one wants to use the machine anymore.  Does anyone know what this could be?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!
