Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please see these articles on setting up the fax feature and make sure you have everything set properly. Connect to the Fax Port on the Printer and Configure Embedded Fax.  Also make sure that on your phone system that you do not need to "dial out" for instance pressing 9 before you dial a number.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Low Fax Receipt Rate

Product Name: PrimeLink C9065/C9070 Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

My organization is faxing to lists of up to 50 recipients from a computer.  After a batch is sent, we review the status report printed by the machine.  Most transmissions are listed with a "busy" status or time out error code.  We have called recipients that are listed in the report with a "completed" status and many confirm that a fax was not received despite the fax number being correct.  Is there an error on our end as the sender?  Why would the machine report that the transmission was completed if the fax did not go through?  Are there any steps we can take to improve the fax receipt rate?
