hi zirocks,

 

the correct step is to contact a local dealer/reseller. He will be able to provide you with a code. You will be required to provide the device serial number and in some cases a prove of ownership, if the device was never serviced before.

 

If this scan-to-email feature was present at the device and after a service procedure by Xerox authorized staff this feature is gone. You might contact the customer service directly. They will not provide you with a code but will try to track the service activity and make sure someone will be sent out to reconfigure the device.

Yes, U need the key/password and U need to do an ram upgrade, included in the kit, to use scan to email !

you should contact your reseller and give a proof of purchase , so they can help you with a code

hello!

I have an M118 machine, which needs a key/password to email to enable this function. This key/password is located in a white booklet that I cannot locate (machine is more than 10 years old). Has anyone this key to give me?
