Trying to setup a WorkCentre 7665 on a OS X 10.7 computer with the most recent driver from the website. We have accounting setup on the unit and have the iMAC set to "do not prompt" with the accounting code saved in the printer settings.
While trying to print a document/email the WorkCentre will print off "Printer Status" pages. But the Xerox prints off the error pages saying accounting code is wrong, title of document is the "Printer Status" page. What happens is when I change the printer from the default office(usb) printer over to the Xerox it will intsantly print 2x of these status pages. This will continue every 10-20 seconds while having the print window open. Once I click the Print button it will print the document.
I have the same setup for another customer who is using the older driver from about 6-7 months ago. Wondering if there is an issue with the current driver on the Xerox website and/or if there is a way to download the old driver? I think that driver is version 2.32 and the new one is 2.71.
