I have two machines with the same issue, and need this issue resolved soon. The toner catridge ran out on my 4110 and 4112 machines. However, when I took out the empty toner catridges and inserted the new one, the message is still displaying that the cartridges are empty.
I am getting the same message on both machines and have two full toner cartridges that I have tried in each machine; both keep coming up with the same message. Is this a sensor issue with the machine or with the toner cartridge? Is this something I can fix myself? Did I get faulty toner cartridges? Please help.
