I believe that is due to this, so change yours to match mine
CWIS > Properties > Services > Fax > Setup > Security > Clear recipient list > Edit
Note that it says to clear them when you hit start, once it has dialed, it has no idea what it dialed and can't put it on the report.
Is there any way to make the "Remote Station" field on the fax confirmation sheet show the actual number dialed? We're having an issue with someone who says they didn't get an important fax from us. When my user went to pull the confirmation sheet she saw that the Remote Station just says "0". She's wanting to know if that can show the actual number that was dialed.
