Managing my Fax address book

Then you will need to call Xerox to get them to figure it out I guess, I have 9 VersaLink products and all of them show the Address book by first name alphabetically, and you cannot choose to do that differently. If yours does not, then it has been configured in some odd way I don't know of, or is broken and will need to be reset (Service tech)

I DO want to alphabetize by first name.

The address book is alphabetical by first name, not last name, there is no option to change that as far as I could find

How do I manage the fax address book from the computer? I would love to go back in and alphabetize our list and have the same consistent format. I cannot find instructions on how to perform this task.
