Merge - Scan

Product Name: Xerox AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi,

I want merge with a scan.. the Merge option is Grey...

I go to the Web of my Xerox.. in "Login/Permissions/accounting" - "Accouting Methods" - "Accouting Workflow" and I click "Edit"... to the "Scan Jobs" I change "Pre-Authorization and Capture Usage" for "Capture Usage".. I SAVE, I returned on my Xerox.. and the merge option is ok.. I can use...

After 1 hour.. the option, back Grey... and the Web.. the "Capture Usage" is "Pre-Authorization and Capture Usage"

Can help me ??

I think what you may be describing is called Workflow Scanning. Below are some steps you can try to enable and set up Workflow scanning:

Does'nt work...

I change for Capture Usage, I save..I'm ok for a time.... and after one hour, the  setup return to Pre-autorization ??
