Hi John Loou,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for unable to print over the network and see if they will clear up the issue.  If not then remove the driver from your pc and reboot the PC and the printer.  Reinstall creating a new port using LPR.  If the problem continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
To this printer it was necessary to change the pwb MCU, which was done and the procedure was run to make this change, after that I present a message that could not be deleted "Printer busy, work operation can not be executed" Before changing the old MCU, the MNV data in the ESW pwb was saved and after installing the new MCU the data was reloaded from the ESS, after that I present the busy printer message It is a Xerox WC 3615. What should I do to eliminate this message?
