Put the old toner back in to the machine and change the toner when the machine tells you to replace the toner.

Hello. My machine says to order a new black toner. I have already replaced the toner, but still registers 1% and the message is still displayed. I've rebooted from the website and physically at the machine. Any ideas? It is a workcentre 7120
