I recently changed our emails over from a local ISP hosted situation to be Microsoft365 Exchange hosted. (scaning to emails worked fine before when setup for the old emails)
I am trying to setup the scan to emails on this VersaLink C605X with the new settings, and seem to be running into an issue I can't figure out.
For our regular emails on the PC the server smtp.office365.com on port 587 works just fine. However with this macine it always returns an error saying "Completed with an Error (016-764) : SMTP Server Connection Error"
You can search for a server and it will pull up this one "website-com.mail.protection.outlook.com". When you try to use that on port 25 it comes up with "Completed with an Error (027-777) : Server un-supports SMTP-AUTH" And when I turn off SMTP Authentication it gives the error "Completed with an Error (016-767) : Invalid E-mail Address"
I found other topics around this issues here, but nothing with info that could resolve this issue. Just stuck it seems and trying to find someone more knowledgeable I can reach out to. Any and all help that anyone can supply on this matter is greatly appreciated.
