Has this issue been resolved? just installed two 5845's in a medical office and they are experiencing the same, also out of the address book.....

I am seeing the same problem. It only occurs when using the address book. Walkup dailing works correctly.

Our new 5845 will not send all my fax pages. If i send 1 or 2, they make it fine. More than 2 will miss the 3rd page,ie...send 4_3rd page missing, send 6_3rd page missing. The scanner is not double feeding and in the copy mode, it prints all pages. I've also been told the new 5845 across the hall is doing the same thing. Is the problem in fax setup?
