Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for TWAIN scanning and see if it will help.  Also please search on the term TWAIN to see if there are any other solutions that will help you.  If not please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Multiple xerox workcentre 3220 network - scan devices not listed in scan software

I have multiple xerox workcentre 3220 machines connected to the network on different subnets.

I have installed TWAIN print and scan drivers on a local pc.

I try to add multiple devices on the same pc, I am able to see and scan to only one device regardless which one i try, however when i add another xerox device (Successfully, shows in devices and printers) , it still does not appear on the devices list i can scan from.

 

Software i use is PaperScan which is compatible with twain devices.

I used both windows 7 and xp, still the same issue occurs,.

please advise how this can be resolved.
