yes, there are some fiery patches around to fix that issue, please update your fiery rip with all patches...

My Docs disappeared from WebTools for DocuColor 252

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have two DocuColor 252 machines. We were using the one without a finisher to scan photos/documents to be retrieved through Webtools. Yesterday we went to use it again and My Docs is missing from the Docs tab through Webtools. We ended up using our other machine as it was still working with Webtools. Would anyone have an idea as to why this happened & how to fix it? Thanks!
