My Phaser 3300MFP won't forward sent faxes to email

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I tried many times to forward my faxes to my email address and I cannot get it to work.  It gives me a "connection error" status when I do it.  I followed all the instuctions in the manual for forwarding a fax and I set up a an email account properly using my Icewarp IP address and port number and put my user name and password in.  I don't know what else to do.  Please advise.  Thanks.
