Hi larryk,

 

The Phaser 6110 MFP is a GDI printer, it does not use PS or PCL.  The driver that is available here on Xerox.com, on the Drivers and Downloads page for the Phaser 6110 MFP, should be all that you need. Did you recently switch to the Windows 7 64-bit OS?

JohnM, thanks for your response.  I've tried to locate a Postscript 64 driver but can't seem to find one.  How do I go about finding this driver?  Thanks!

Hello larryk,

 

Are you using Windows 7 or have you recently upgraded to Windows 7?  If so, this is a common problem and the solution appears in this forum. From the Home page of this forum, on the right-hand side, you should see a section titled, "New Solutions".  In this box, the first solution is Windows 7 x64 no color printing, and if you click on that you should be able to correct the problem that you are experiencing with your machine. Please post a reply to let us know if you are able to run color now or not.

My Phaser 6110mfp is not copying or printing in color

I'm only getting black and white copies and prints is there something that I should be doing to eliminate this?  I've checked my driver and have selected color.  I hit the color start button but I still only get black and white copies.  I've got lots of color toner.  When I select a test page I only get black and white.  Help please!  Thanks.
