We have Xerox9303 scanner/printers that have no problems scanning to users home directories or email addresses, except when their network ID's are 30 characters or longer. When they try scanning, the Xerox re-boots or an error occurs. This only happens when user ID's are very long. Is there a setting that can be changed on the Xerox's to allow for names that are longer than 30 characters?
