Hii Team,
Could you provide the link for latest firmware for WC5845 model .I mean 073.XXX.XXX.XXXXX version.
Thanks,
Azhar
The login used by the 58xx and 78xx is completely different than the 6505 that is working.
The 58xx has a leading \ in the Document path that needs to be removed (On newer machines this is added automatically, so by putting it in the path it becomes a \\, which in turn implies a folder with no name, which will cause a login error)
The 7845 is using port 139, which implies old firmware that starts with 071, which will not work for smbv2 or 3. Update it to the latest here.
In this 6505N is working fine.
But both WC7845 & WC5845 giving login error.
xerox_scan is a local admin user on the network storage with full permission to the root folder DFSRoots.
Thanks
Get rid of this check in the DNS settings
Make sure the time is correct to within 3 minutes on the MFP (Did not matter before, does on the new devices due to HTTPs and the lack of NETBIOS over TCP/IP)
Odd that Win 10 works though. We might need a Wireshark to diagnose the issue, but for obvious reasons I would not suggest uploading them here obviously. You may need to call in to Xerox.
Hi,
can you post some screenshots of your config?
Dear Team,
NetApp FAS 2204-2 Network Storage while Setting Workflow Scanning Giving 'Login Failure' with WC 5845 and WC 7845 models
Both Models Running on firmware version - 072.040.165.14201
Following Options are tested -
-Tried with domain admin giving NTFS full permission to network shared folder
-Tried with NetApp local Admin user with full permission to shared folder.
-Tried with Windows 2008 R2 Server , Windows 10 Proffesional - working fine.Only giving error with NetApp Network Storage.
Kindly Advice
Thanks
-Azhar
