Where are you seeing this? The message 17-310 is a WIFI connection message. To fix it, you usually have to run a Reset (https://www.support.xerox.com/en-us/article/en/BkjP9TYNsz1pOP6Y8ztjoA). Since I see USB, do you actually have this connected to your Wireless network?
