Yeah we had this issue too.
I installed WorkCentre 3210/3220 Version: 04-16-2010 for Windows 7 and when I did a network scan. It prompts for color (Yes/No) and for resolution from the machine.
However, when I try a Windows XP, it does not prompt me for color or resolution. It scans right away using the default settings I setup on the network scan app.
How to configure it so that it will prompt for resolution/color after selecting the computer, then app object?
