Our operator keeps getting a message to "Check scanner network cable". Everything appears to be connected but the message persists. We have a Versant 280 w/ EX-i 280 RIP which also intermittently will disconnect from the 'master' computer in the room. Any ideas?
I would recommend to just check all the cables to make sure none are loose.
I've noticed that message will display despite the copier working perfectly fine. Is the V280 network cable going directly into the Fiery or into a network port?
