Network Scanning Cache

We have been doing a lot of network scanning to our "scans" folder which is on the C drive.  Even after I remove the files from my C drive I still do not get back all of my hard drive space.  Is there a cache somewhere that the files are also being stored in that I can empty?  Thank you.

Re: Network Scanning Cache

That would be up to the OS and not Xerox.

Typically the answer would be no. If you have completely removed them from the C:Drive, try deleting the OS temp files and cache, empty the Recycle Bin etc.

Un-officially speaking, you could try ccleaner free for automatically, or treesize free for manually looking for stuff
