I have never heard of a Xerox 7495 device... Is this correct?

I believe the port should be 445, not 139.

You did not mention which operating system you are using on the destination computer. Keep in mind that SMB1 is disabled in Win10 by default, so products that rely on SMB1 only cannot scan to Win10 unless SMB1 is specifically enabled on the Win10 computer that you wish to scan to (you can google how to do this).

Here is a good video on setting up WF scan using SMB (Windows 7).

Setup SMB WF scan

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Not Applicable

I have a file repository set up on our Workcentre 7495 but everytime I try to do network scanning to a network share it gives the error. "Job deleted. No messages were sent. Login error."

Scan to usb works fine.
