Re: Network scanning issue

Do they show up in Webtools when logged in as the user you created for this person under Webtools > Configure > Launch Configure > Users and groups ?/

Typically scans are done to either the default admin or guest account, but they can in fact be done if you properly create a user through the configure tool.

Re: Network scanning issue

Hi mj,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this solution for retrieving scanned documents from a mailbox.  I know this is Windows based but it will give you the basics on using the the EFI Webtool.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

Network scanning issue

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hello,

I'm trying to help a customer set up network scanning to a mailbox.  We have a Xerox DocuColor 252 connected to a Mac.  I am able to access the web interface for the printers and from there I can verify that the scan output is set to the user's mailbox.  On the printer I select the appropriate scan template and scan the document.  When I try and access the scanned document via Fiery Remote Scan, I'm unable to sign into the user's mailbox.  I also tried logging in with the admin/Fiery.1 and guest/guest credentials but those weren't accepted either.  Any suggestions are appreciated!

Thanks,

Mark
