Network scanning option lost

Hi,

 

I have a Workcentre pro 238, which I have used for a several years from now, recently I had it reset to it's factory defaults due to a problem with the network controller. Now I can print, copy and scan to email, but, the scan to network option is gone, in the additional services option in tools ask's for a code from the scan to network option booklet which I can't find. How can I get this code?

If a Xerox CSE performed the reset they should be able to call their internal number to obtain a code. Also - If you purchased the option with your machine you should have received a booklet with your codes in it.
