It should be possible to do a software reset on the machine.

Here is exactly what it is saying and what we have done to try to fix:
‘Device Not Available’. It then gives instructions to hold down the power button until the machine shuts off, wait 5 seconds and push the power button again to turn the machine back on. I followed these instructions as well as unplugging the machine to no avail. |
