Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you have completed the solutions for the Invalid Toner massage.  If the problem continues you can turn off the Toner Empty message.  But if the problem continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

New firmware result in invalid toner

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I installed latest firmware (2.50.00.105) on a Work Centre 3210. i am now getting an alarm which reads Ïnvalid Toner".I have changed the toner cartridge (genuine Fuji Xerox), alarm still displays. The supplies status page of WCIS shows that there is 0% left in the toner cartridge but it is a new cartridge from an unopened box."Is there a newer version of firmware without this bug? What can I do to get the machine working again?
