We received our C405 two weeks ago, and I've been unable to load any new fonts on to the printer. I have downloaded the Xerox Font Utility program, and when I try to install the fonts, it comes back with the error "Install status unknown", and the font is not listed on the font list on the printer.
I have updated the software on the to the newest version, and I have also run a rest on the machine, but neither has helped.
Am I missing something obvious?
