If powering the printer off is not clearing the issue then it will require a service call.  Please use this link to locate a dealer in your area.

No inicia al encender

De un día a otro al encenderla no pasa de la pantalla verde de inicio, se queda allí y no avanza. Alguien tiene alguna solución por favor?
