I’m looking at the fault history and the last fault was C8-2 which has been cleared, like all the previous faults.

I’m trying to print a report but unfortunately it isn’t printing out.

Check in the Fault History for a fault.

Hello.

I have a Document Centre 430DC that gives the notification “Not ready to copy.” The only advice I’ve come across on the internet is to unplug and plug it back in, and that hasn’t worked.

I realize this is an old machine, but hopefully someone has an idea on how to get it to copy.
