Thank you for using the Support Forum. We do not support Windows 11 yet.  Once it is launched tomorrow Oct. 5th there may be some people that will be able to help you once they have upgraded.  Please be patient for people to catch up with you.  Tomorrow you can also try contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Not scanning

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Not Applicable

Hi I use a Xerox 6515 with MacOs Monterey in Italy.
For some time when I try to scan documents it gives me an error
"The scanner has reported an error. Could not establish connection with the selected
device. Check the IP configuration of the device or try again with another device.
(Happens with wifi connection )
While it prints fine.
On the USB connection it says "You do not have the necessary permissions to open the
application" ICA Scan USB Driver.app.
Contact your computer or network administrator for assistance.
" What's going on and how do I fix it?
