I really don't know the answer to this one, and it seems no one in the community has responded either. I would recommend calling Xerox Support for your region.
I am not finding anything in the Support Page for OCR and this device. If there a specific software you are using?
We have an AltaLink C8130
We use it to scan all documents with OCR recognition. We work with keywords so that our software can use this information to automatically file the scan.
Unfortunately, the keyword is either separated by spaces or even line breaks are made.
The dictionary is set to German.
