I have a few customers with 7556's that scan to email using Office 365. Since the last week of January Scan to email using Office 365 doesn't work. We have the current software up to 062.121.001.24900 which was current as of 29 Sep 2021 so my assumption is that the encryption isn't up to snuff to support 1.2? Is Xerox aware of this issue? If so, are there any hints as to when a new firmware will be available?
