In addition to the potential software upgrade, did you completely switch from GoDaddy to O365 or are you still accessing web mail with GoDaddy but it’s having you authenticate through O365?

If you signed up directly with O365 as a new tenant, SMTP may be disabled by default with recent changes implemented by Microsoft. I’m not thoroughly familiar with the O365 admin console but it may not be an option with the now default modern authentication setup.

The choice to switch back to basic authentication should still be there, but that’s something you need to decide on after researching it. You can also try talking with Microsoft to see if they can enable SMTP without losing Modern Auth.

Hello,

We are facing scan to email error that our domain change from godaddy to office365 and from this time scan stop working we modify server parameters but still not work give us (Unable to send test Email. Login failure. Check user password, and/or setups. )

Attached parameter specs, Kindly help us solving issue.
