Sorry to bother everyone, but I'm at a loss. The firm I work for has an 8825 Wide Format Printer with an attached scanner. The scanner says it's an 8825 DDS (but it also says it's scanner model number 7346...this is confusing since the only 7346 scanner listed on Xerox's website is the workcentre, which is completely different from this scanner.)
It copies to the 8825 plotter with no problems. We had a repair tech come out and get that running. He said we could get it scanning to computers or email through the Workflow accxes but we're having problems getting it set up. I can't find the default IP address anywhere. I installed Accxes Client Tools, but I can't find any way of getting the scanner set up. We really need to have this thing scan tiff images or pdfs, even if it just emails them to us. Any help I can get towards making this work would be immensely helpful.
