One Touch Missing Destinations

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 10

I am installing a new Documate 152i scanner and when I pull up the One Touch properties box there is nothing in the destination list. I opened the Options tab and sellected all and clicked apply. When i checked nothing appeared in the Properties box list of destinations. After trying this seveal times, i put the instilation disk in the PC and uninstalled the One Touch 4.6 program. Then reistalled the One Touch program. The same problem were present. What can be done to get the missing properties installed?
