Yes, I have and I think the reliability of the software seems to get worse with every release ! I have ver: 68.66.91 at the moment and it doesn’t scan or print reliably anymore. When I started down this road, it was only the scanning that was the problem. I have to say im extremely disappointed with this printer and im even more disappointed with Xerox's support.

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: macOS 12 - Monterey

My brand new Xerox Versalink C405DN does not scan from my brand new iMac (Monterey). It worked for a short while with Catalina and then stopped. It’s previously worked for a short while on my Macbook (Big Sur) and then stopped.

This has been an issue since June and Xerox has offered no useful support. The supplier (Printerland) was able to replicate the problem at their site and spent a day trying to resolve it, the result of which was to force it to use only IPv4. It was then able to scan ok for a while but next time I came to print, it wouldn’t print. I upgraded to the latest service pack: 68.66.91 but the device still has the same error: “REMOTE SERVICES ERROR (016-426)”. I have provided Wireshark logs to show what is (ior sn’t) happening but Xerox don’t know what to do with them. I have spoken to the technical support by phone but it’s pretty clear that it is just a call centre and can only offer answers to frequently asked questions. I have spent dozens of hours on this already and cannot take any more time off of work to sit at home trying to resolve this.
