One page faxes prints on two pages

I meant the box around 65-70% of the page that goes onto the 2nd page

The black box was to remove personal information. It was not in the fax. Anything else I can try?

Picture is too low res to tell, but it looks like you have a box that can't be reduced and a Header forced on, which has to shift the job itself down to be put there.

Disable incoming headers and see if it then works for the one page, if it does, report it to Xerox as a bug they need to SPAR (fix)

All my one page recieved faxes print on 2 pages. What can I change to fix this? Any thoughts? Photo attached.
