We recently had a new Workcenter 7855 installed to replace an older Xerox model. I am just a user with no access to any configuration menus, so it may have been mis-configured, however the designer of the on-screen keyboard should be reprimanded for creating a keyboard where now the shifted keyboard is different from 99% of real keyboards out there. e.g. <shift 1> should be "!", <shift 2> should be "@", etc. I expect better from a company with the UI history of Xerox.
On the positive side, it does not appear to lag like the previous model.
Respectfully,

Agreed. It would not be so bad if it was a contextual keyboard that worked according to what you invoked it for, but the keyboard is static and just seems wrong.
It's been 2 years and you are the first person I have seen mention it.
