Hi Curtiosity,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for setting the orientation in the print driver.  Make sure that the orientation is set the same as the driver in the document that you are printing. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Orientation switch and prints half size when copying and printing Xerox WorkCentre 3315

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have a new Xerox WorkCentre 3315.  It worked fine for a day, now whenever I try to print or copy it comes out with the orientation switched and printing half size.  It does it on both bypass and from the sheet feeder.  I have reset all settings.  Any ideas?
