Re: Outgoing Fax is cutting off part of the document
Have you tried cleaning the glass that is used by the document feeder, it's a separate one from the main glass, it could have some debris on it. Please take a look at this article that explains where this glass is. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797or 1-800-835-6100.

Our machine has been working fine, but all of a sudden the last few days when we send an outgoing fax there is a line through the document and it is cutting off the middle part of the document. The incoming faxes are fine. It's only the ones we send out. Scanning works, printing etc. It's just our outgoing faxes. Is there a way I can fix this?
