Hi, Please do a simple test just to confirm that everything is OK with the line. Please disconnect the phone line cable from the printer and connect to a normal phone and dial any of the remote fax number you used to send fax and see if the call is answered. Yesterday we started receiving a "No Answer" to all of our outgoing faxes. This was many different faxes to many different phone numbers so I do not think it is the recepient's phone number that is the problem.
We tried turning Xerox Workcentre M20i off and on, checked all the connections, etc.
