I found this article on how to modify the file name for scan to file for you to review.  If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797

PDF format Problem in scanning process

Hello,

We scan the file using the scan to feature. Scan completed. The extension of the scanned file is saved as a PDF in capital letters. This causes problems when saving scanned files to the system.

How can I register this extension as ".pdf" in lower case?
