I suggest you to try doing an image overwrite by following THIS

This will clear all the fax image data etc.

Remember:

Full ODIO will overwrite and delete all fax image data, including mailboxes, Poll store and dial directories on the fax card. Full ODIO will also overwrite any images that have been stored in folders created with the Save Job for Reprint feature. When On Demand Image Overwrite is initiated, the machine is taken offline until the overwrite is completed. Any existing jobs in the queue are terminated, including print, fax and LAN fax jobs.

I am getting an error code 20-547 "The available fax memory is running low."  I will be able to fax incoming/outgoing until the error code turns into "The available fax memory is full". I have reset the machine. Unplugged it and updated the software but it still gives me the first error code. How do I go about clearing up the available fax memory? I've tried to look up info but cannot find anything on THIS particular machine. Any info would help. Thanks!
